Jr. High

Hey Jr. Highers!

If you are in 7th or 8th grade, then our Jr. High Ministry is the place for you. Another Room Café on Sundays, Jr. High Youth Group on Wednesdays, Retreats, Mission Trips, and other activities are all a part of the URSM experience! All that we do is to help you experience God’s awesome love!

Sanctuary

Living a life of worship means that with every step we take and word we speak, we worship God.  On Sunday mornings we gather in the Sanctuary with the rest of our church to worship God.  We usually sit together and worship as a youth ministry, but sitting with your family is a good thing.  This is our time to worship with a greater part of our church family and hear from God’s Word.

Join us at 9am each Sunday in the Sactuary.

Another Room Cafe

Each Sunday Jr. Highers meet in “Another Room” for a time of talking with friends and some really cool adults, drinking Italian sodas, eating donuts, playing video games, pool, air hockey, foosball, and then focusing on Bible centered teaching in our discussion groups. 

Hang with us from 10:30-Noon each Sunday in “Another Room.”

Wednesday Nights!

Come join us for a month full of fun and ministry at Jr. High Youth Group. Each Wednesday of the month is different:

We have a “Meal Night” and enjoy homemade food in a formal setting. We have “Game Night” where all we do is play crazy games and have fun with each other.  One night a month is called “Small Group Night.” We will study Scripture together in small groups having fun while we encourage each other on this crazy journey we call life. “Community Night” is the night each month when we go out into our community and help make it better by cleaning it, helping out the needy, and other meaningful projects. Join us and other awesome Jr. High students for an amazing time connecting with the heart of Christ this school year.

We meet each Wednesday from 7-8:15pm in “Another Room.”  See you there!
